Teacher course builder
Create a DI4Y course
A guided Moodle course creation flow for importing SCORM packages or building chapter-based courses for pathways.
Step 1
Name the course
Start with the learner-facing title. This name appears in the catalogue, dashboard and course player.
Step 2
Choose the course format
Pick the creation path that matches the content the DI4Y team already has.
Step 3
Upload the SCORM package
Import the client-provided ZIP, then Moodle stores it as a tracked SCORM activity shown in the DI4Y player.
Build the course skeleton
Name the chapters learners will move through. Activities are added in the next step.
Step 4
Select learning activities
Choose what learners complete and what Moodle should track.
Step 5
Assign to pathways
Choose which pathways receive this course. In real Moodle this can map to cohorts, enrolment and visibility rules once DI4Y confirms the final programme model.
Manage content
Edit an existing DI4Y course
Show non-technical teams how Moodle can keep courses editable after migration: replace packages, update learner-facing details, add optional Moodle activities and republish to pathways.
Replace SCORM ZIP
Upload a new client-provided package while preserving enrolment, reporting and pathway assignments.
Edit learner details
Update title, pathway, short description and offline availability note.
Add optional H5P
Prepare future Moodle H5P practice without implying DI4Y already uses H5P today.
Republish to pathways
Preview as learner, then update selected pathway assignments.
Optional H5P
Interactive practice placeholder
Use this only as a Moodle-native future activity. H5P was not confirmed in inspected DI4Y courses.
